The Jersey City Craft Mafia is seeking craft lovers, local shoppers, gingerbread enthusiasts, and fans of tacky holiday sweaters for our annual HANDMADE HOLIDAY MARKET on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19 at GRACE VAN VORST!
The event will feature handmade gift ideas from over 30 vendors as a solution to skip the mall and shop local. Live demos and tutorials will also be featured to encourage visitors to make and take away their own handmade swag, including LED ornaments and stockings. We're also planning on holiday portraits by local photographer Melanie McLean, gingerbread man bake-off, gift wrapping station by Art House Productions, music by DJ Kris Kringle, and other fun stuff to keep the atmosphere festive.
The first 100 guests will receive complimentary Jersey City Independent tote bags stuffed with swag from Bust Magazine, Etsy, and our participating vendors!
